Please note: Delivery times are approximate and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Details:
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 2 business days of purchase.
- A signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, the courier will provide instructions for pickup or re-delivery.
- Track & Trace: You will receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped. Ensure someone is available to sign for the package.
Taxes & Duties
- New Zealand & Australia Orders: Prices include GST.
- International Orders: Additional duties and taxes may apply, charged by local customs authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local Customs office for more information.
- If you refuse to pay the required Customs fees and the parcel is returned to us, we will not refund shipping costs. The parcel must be returned in its original condition.
- International Credit Card Fees: Your bank may charge additional fees for international transactions. We are not responsible for these charges.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
You can manage your return directly through your account by following these steps:
- Sign in to your account.
- Click on the relevant order and select “Request Return” for the item you want to return.
- Wait for approval, then return the item.
New Zealand Orders:
- Complimentary return tickets are provided for full-price items. Sale and archive items are excluded.
- Complete the online return form before sending your item back.
International Orders:
- We do not offer complimentary return tickets for orders outside New Zealand.
- Sale items can only be returned for store credit, not refunds.
- No exchanges are offered for international orders. You can return an item for a refund or store credit, but shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Any international transaction fees charged by your bank are not reimbursed by us.
Return Processing Time:
Please allow up to 5 working days for returns to be processed once received.
Sale Items:
- We do not offer refunds or complimentary return tickets for sale or archive items. You may return sale items for store credit only.
Guarantee:
We offer a full refund or replacement in the following cases:
- If your order is lost in transit, is faulty, or if we cannot deliver it for any reason.
- If you ordered the wrong size, we accept returns and exchanges. If the desired size or color is no longer available, we will refund the order. T&Cs apply.
