Taxes & Duties
Prices are inclusive of GST for all NZ and Australia orders.
International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes from local Customs authorities, which must be paid by the recipient. Contact your local Customs Office for more details on import taxes prior to purchase.
In the event, you refuse to pay Customs Fees to release your parcel and it returns to the sender, we will not refund shipping costs, once we receive the parcel in its original condition, even when we have not charged for shipping at the time of purchase.Â

RETURNS / EXCHANGE / REFUNDS

Wait until the return request has been approved and return the item.
New Zealand Orders:
We offer complimentary return tickets on full-price items. Please fill out the return form online prior to return. Excludes Sales/Archives items.
International Orders:
At the moment, we do not offer complimentary return tickets outside New Zealand. You are welcome to return your order/item for a refund, excluding Sale Items. There is no exchange on any order from overseas, instead, we can issue a refund, or store credit and you can place a new order. Refund excludes shipping fees.

Sale items: We do not offer refund or complimentary return tickets on sale or Archives items. You are welcome to return the order for a store credit.
